      Public Storage is an extremely forward thinking company with opportunity to truly be a business owner. Compensation and company stability are huge benefits to working for Public Storage but in addition to that, I really appreciate the amount of time and commitment our leadership team pours into the team at every level. Leadership focuses on continuous development and will be there as a partner to help you achieve your goals.

      Pros

      My time at Public Storage was with mixed feelings. I loved the customers and about half of the employees. A lot of back stabbing and lies from co workers to get an apartment. I had a wonderful Manager when I was hired and due to lies and betrayal he was let go. After that it was all manipulation and throwing others under the bus. Very sad.

      Cons

      Here say and contradictions. I would of stayed a long time if it wasn't as bad as it was in my district.
