Pros

On-site apartments for property managers

Cons

Lack of communication from superiors, which in turn leads them to not know what’s going on merely because they do not care to know what is going on. They are only sales driven and not customer service oriented. They sweep customer complaints under the rug and even go as far as to make employees report low customer Google reviews to make them go away or bury them with positive ones, which doesn’t make the overall issue go away. Make you cover up mold growth and rat infestations on the property. Constant price gouging. No upward mobility.

Pros

They offer 40 hrs a week plus overtime. Offer 401k and insurance.

Cons

Management is corrupt. The turnover rate is ridiculous. District managers quit like property managers do due to the treatment of their employees. Overworked in unsafe conditions the majority of the time. They do not value their employees even a bit. And if you call OSHA or the compliance line, they will retaliate and you will lose your job for some off the wall reason that they look over a billions times before when they use you. Forced to work in rat infested offices or storage units without proper attire. Only what they think complies and counts as safe for them. In my district that I worked over the span of 5 yrs, we went through 4 district managers. They coerce you to take positions you don't want and lie to get you there. This company and their management better be ashamed of themselves. If budget doesn't permit, you will be forced to live in their apartments with pests such as rats roaches or ants. God forbid you some how get bedbugs. Their budget also makes you walk huge properties without a golf cart in 100 degrees heat during the summer and to protect the customers put their employees in danger by putting them in situations, risking your literal lives in the winter snow. When you get robbed they don't press charges on the person and offer you to go and pay 10 for therapy on teladoc which is offered to everyone and not a benefits specifically from them whatsoever. This place is immoral and underpays their workers who take abuse from the company and the customers. Oh and when you do have a district manager don't expect support and help. Or even a response. They mainly hire women. Not much diversity. They limit you from advancing past a disgustingly underpaid DTM manager. Dms put half their work into the ktps, who abuse their power. Dts does the same. If you live on property you are constantly bother by customers banging on your door in the am during the day and at night. Then the company adds to all of that by making Kiosk properties. Those properties get broken into without any repercussions. Are disgusting because they're so understaffed that they make 1 manager go to 3 or more properties in the day regardless of health issues, restrictions or age. Just downright horrible. There needs to be an investigation.
