      Pto process is ridiculous you can’t use any They add mandatory overtime to your shift regardless if you have kids to take to daycare or not Your first week determines the shift you get and it’s more than difficult to get that changed.

      Challenging staffing models, administrative load can be heavy, answering reporting daily can become overwhelming if you lack time management skills, summer holidays are not recognized, customers can be aggressive over the phone, cutting locks for auction, lack of vendors to maintain facilities.
