      Definite pros and cons..

      Pros

      The hours are nice if you’re not into waking up super early, 9:30-6 Monday through Saturday and you close an hour early on Sundays. 9/10 you work alone which a lot of people prefer. Most properties have an apartment which the property manager normally lives in which definitely has pros and cons but it’s nice if you’re just starting out.

      Cons

      Pay is terrible. You work outside… A-LOT, in any type of weather conditions. You’re constantly told to sell locks/insurance & get 5 star google reviews and if you don't, you can get written up. No room for growth, they don’t promote within.
