Pros
There are no pros to working here. I guess if you are desperate for cash they will pay you twice a month. The benefits are so-so at best for a company of this size.
Cons
Horrible middle/upper management. Company scams customers and treats employees like scum. If they offer you an on site apartment, run. You will never get a maintenance issue fixed including emergencies (they left me without heating for over a month in the middle of the winter.) You will be required to wear a million hats but get paid less than a mcdonalds employee. Enjoy being the butt end of every heated customer complaint because this company loves to bait and switch. No room for upward mobility. This company does not hire from within. CEO takes home 15 million a year yet you will be lucky if you get a yearly raise worth more than a quarter.
