Pros

Work from home. Supervisors are there to support you. Fun coworkers.

Cons

Only job I've ever had where the longer you work for them, the less you make. Corporate employees may be happy and well paid, but call center employees have seen their bonuses go down month over month, year over year. They have found a way to make you work more for less, and in an effort to save the company even more money and increase their profits, they are now outsourcing most of their sales and CS business to the Philippines and Columbia, South America. Very little sales opportunities for the more expensive US employees. Call volume has dropped tremendously. Sales manager and team supervisors are either planning their exist strategies, or have already moved on. This has definitely become a sinking ship.
