Hours were good No rent if u were able to get a on site apartment Supply shirts Can think of any others pros

Cons

Pay was awful Dealing with homeless trying not to live in their unit Cleaning up after homeless people Constantly being shopped by management to ensure you were spitting out the scripts Getting a day off was a constant problem do to blackout mouths and weeks Revamping the commission program every year to ensure 60% of employees didn't qualify Forced to sale over priced merchandise Forced to sale insurance that was worthless if you needed to use it Took a act of God to get any thing fixed on the property

Pros

Easy job. Mostly office work. Great boss. Phone work. This job is pretty laid back for the most part. Nothing too terribly hard that we have to do.

Cons

There is a lot of scripts we have to memorize and use and our jobs are threatened if we don't follow them. We have to dispose of abandoned goods. The pay is not any good.

Cons

The only thing I would like to see would be some sort of continued career growth for those working in the RF/PM role. It's a great position for those wanting a stable position but provides limited opportunities for talent development.
