      Pros

      Fun job, very flexible, diverse, and got to travel around to different properties. Decent pay for the work involved.

      Cons

      Guidelines for daily work always changing. Scripts for dealing with customers in person and on the floor were never consistent, and varied from month to month.

      Pros

      Free apartment, Laid back environment, you get to meet new people and no late working hours.

      Cons

      Require to much work for very little pay, you're good enough to train a District Manager but not good enough to be promoted to one. Everything is scripted which sucks, no real benefits, the lowest paying storage company.

      If you you look at the source of the 4 & 5 star reviews, almost all coming from an employee in the corporate office in Glendale, CA. Some bright-minded VP saw how the negative reviews were affecting recruiting, and is clearly trying to increase the average review score by posting a bunch of false-positive reviews. They aren't even competent enough to hide it ("10 years with the company"). Any company desperate enough to try and counter well-known and well-documented "churn and burn" employment practices by posting false-positive reviews is not a company worthy of your talents. Trust the negative reviews. They are your salvation.
