Pros

Never a dull moment. Very challenging and fast paced environment. Allways doing something new and interesting. Yes, we work hard but are able to participate in the growth of the company.

Cons

No cons to speak of.

Pros

The hours are nice. If you're not a morning person, not having to wake up super early is a nice. Your coworkers are pretty cool too.

Cons

They do not value their employees. The pay is not worth it! You do a lot for very little money. Also they base promotions on tenure alone, not based on skills or qualifications. You are also forced to "go for the no". Keep offering product to customers knowing they don't want it. Ridiculous! You are also not allowed to sell yourself product but if you're the only one working that facility what are you supposed to do? If you try to add the item you want to someone else's rental knowing it's already been paid for, you get fired. You also have to drive around town to work at different properties each day. The property managers don't always have the proper tools needed to run the facility so you are forced to try and function within dysfunction. They also do very little maintenance to their facilities unless they are forced to do something. All in all, do not work for this company. I am shocked they are still in business.

Pros

Working alone. Customer relationships. On site apartment is rent free.

Cons

The pay is to low for what we do. There is zero security including properly lit properties, surveillance systems, alarm systems. If you are a woman working alone you still have to go outside with potential new customers onto the severely under lit property. Working alone is not a great example of security either. The sales goals are ridiculous considering nobody is walking in off the street to rent. Locks and merchandise is insanely overpriced. If you don't meet your monthly goals you are basically humiliated in front of all your peers. Google and yelp continuously remove reviews that are written by legit customers and yet we get in trouble anyway. I've been threatened on numerous occasions by angry customers. I fear for my safety everytime I walk through the door. Winter is the worst because responsibilities that are not in the job code magically come up. Shoveling through 4 ft of snow and uce for customers because they can't get into their units. The maintenance responsibilities are crazy. Property managers never get weekends off. Forget trying to take a vacation. All property lebel personnel are under paid and even more under appreciated. Sales Scripts that don't even work and just get customers more angry.
