      Pros

      Well-skilled talent pool, excellent resources, great benefits, great opportunities to realize and grow your skill-set, everyone has an open door and willingness to help, employees are treated kindly and with respect, leadership has many years of experience which they are willing to share to cultivate newer employees. I feel like I have really grown since I have been here.

      Not a PS con, but drive and traffic into work

      Pros

      Bonuses were good when you're able to achieve the set goal for the month. Inbound sales environment not a lot of outbound dialing involved.

      Cons

      No room for growth, after training your at the top of your pay with even as much as a cost of living raise.

      "A job" is better than no job.

      Cons

      Only one raise after six months of employment....THAT'S IT! No room for advancement after reaching property management because the company doesn't hire within for the higher level positions regardless of an employee's knowledge and experience. Relief/Property Management includes customer service, janitorial, light maintenance, security, administrative duties, and light banking all for a whopping $10/hr and $10.50/hr after six months.
