      A pleasing and family-like environment for everyday office works. Management staffs are nice and supportive. Company is financially sound and keep growing.

      Cons

      Cons? It's all on you. If you don't perform as expected or required, you could easily be offshored.

      Pros

      On site properties, set your own pace, great people, and getting to help people. That is all the pros I can think of

      Cons

      On site managers should get higher pay. They are the ones responsible and held accountable for property performance. As the years have gone by upper management demanding more and more but the pay has stayed pretty much the same. Actually worse since the bonuses are terrible now.
