      Pros

      Great team environment. The company offers a very competitive salary, a very real opportunity to advance, a healthy bonus plan, and stock in the company. We are all owners in the company stock program that has quadrupled since I started. There is also a real opportunity to experience work-life balance. We work hard & support each other at all levels. Everyone is committed to their customers & team mates.

      Cons

      The challenges are welcomed because they are a product of our explosive growth. There is a lot of change as we add in hundreds of locations. Although the change is always for the better, success requires an eagerness to try, fail, learn, and grow. The pace is both challenging and exciting.

      i'm happy with this company because of the flexibility of work hours and also the people I work with at our department and our manager are great. It's not a stressful job.

      the salary and the benefits are not competitive.
