      I have been working at PS for some time now (close to 15 years), and can truly say that I have been given the opportunity to chart my own course here. I truly enjoy my role, and have the opportunity to work with multiple levels of management in the corporate office. From the CEO to VP's to Operations - all are easy to work with, and are approachable . Work-life balance is very important to me, as is the opportunity for continued growth and learning - and I have both! My co-workers are fantastic, and are committed to the growth and success of the company.

      Pros

      Been working for Corporate for almost 30 years and I love working with the people and the company. Work time is flexible and management works with its people. Flat organization structure, great opportunity to interact with the senior management team. The company is in a strong financial position with many resources to use. Great people to work with. Enjoy coming to work every day. People are recognized for outstanding performance. Management leads by example.
