      Pros

      It's a great environment to work, and to gain management skills. You do have your own independence to work, that's when you are capable of handling a property on your own. You learned a lot, if you fresh out of high school or in college. This will work for you, set hours but you have to be available to work any days of the week.

      There is no pros about working for this company, you just have to apply what you learned on training

      Independence Great team Customer interaction Great opportunities Great 401k plan Employee discounts on numerous things Set schedule 9:30-6pm Work in different stores everyday Monthly meetings to help you where you struggle KTP that guides you through any struggles

      Not many holidays off. Driving far out A lot of computer interaction I don't really have any cons .
