      Expanding and growing industry with the leading experts and leaders on your side. Job stability is hard to come by these days, but as long as you work hard and stay dedicated to doing your work better each day, you can expect this company to be here. It's a creative environment where you can put your knowledge and skills to the test.

      Cons

      Few holidays off (but your PTO grows instead), seemingly-long days (which make them go by fast), and high expectations (which make you a better worker).

      Public Storage just continues to grow and grow. It a great company to work for with a dynamic team. Company leadership are very approachable.

      Pros

      There is great opportunity for advancement for a multi-unit manager. Starting as a District Manager, you can advance into a Senior DM role and Regional Manager role in a realistic amount of time. The company is growing year over year, so the opportunity is steadily available. The position also comes with flexibility. A District or Regional Manager has flexibility in scheduling his/her time to best drive the business.

      Cons

      The company is highly focused on a system of checks and balances. A manager will have to get used to a detailed approval process when attempting to make decisions concerning his/her business.
