      Pros

      Public Storage has been the best environment and culture for learning, training, and development I could ever imagine. It's not all talk at this company. This leadership group truly devotes their time to developing their employees, and trying to make life easier and more fulfilling for all employees as well as customers. The only thing holding you back at this company is yourself!

      Cons

      It's all about your attitude and how you are able to take direct feedback on learning opportunities. The environment is overall a positive place to be. It may take some people more time to develop, and it takes great patience and self-awareness to realize that we always have room for improvement!

      Pros

      I have been with Public Storage and have really enjoy and thrive in the performance based environment. I have been able to move up in the organization after starting as a DM and have seen many others move up as well.

      Cons

      Base pay is good but in some major metro markets base pay could be higher due to the cost of living

      Pros

      Leadership and management here are amazing, they are willing to assist. I can't say enough good things about this company and its team. All the employees are intelligent, fun to work with, and passionate about their work. I think this is the most significant factor that makes a great place to work.
