      Pros

      Forward thinking company which has experienced lots of growth since I joined. Senior Management is very aggressive and smart when making their business decisions. That is why the Company is #1 in the Storage world. Stable company with high demands and expectations of their employees. So if you work hard you will thrive here. There are busy times, but Management will work with you to help with work life balance. The people here are great. Most of the newer employees comment on the people here being very helpful in assisting you when you need help. Very good company to work for.

      Cons

      In comparison to prior employers, benefits are a little softer and less sick days and holidays. They try to make it up to you with increased PTO days off.

      A pleasing and family-like environment for everyday office works. Management staffs are nice and supportive. Company is financially sound and keep growing.

      Cons

      Cons? It's all on you. If you don't perform as expected or required, you could easily be offshored.

      Pros

      The work is repetitive. If you have a technical background, you can leverage your case for implementation. Management is very laid back VP - C- Level exposure. Upper management is fair and decisive.

      Cons

      Low salary. Everything is ran mean and lean. Business model remains mom and pop despite being in busy over 30 years. Room for advancement pending technical skills. Mid level management is poor.
