      Pros

      I've worked at Public Storage for many years now, I like it here, people are nice and I like my job. Sure, I'd recommend this workplace to a friend. I will continue to work here as long as my boss will have me.

      Cons

      I just wish the vacation hours and holiday hours are the same as before, sick and vacation hours keep getting smaller and smaller.

      Pros

      Good environment, not a lot of over time expected but available when you want it. Pay is reliable & commissions are good.

      Cons

      Not easy to move up, they rarely hire Management from within the company & that is bad for moral.

      Pros

      Great work environment and senior management is open to learning and suggestions to make the work environment better

      Cons

      Benefits seem to be in constant decline. Less time off and holiday/sick pay. Use of sick days is very restrictive and really puts a strain on working parents
