The horrible position as a "Relief Manager" at Public Storage.

Pros

You work independently. You receive healthcare benefits after 3 months.

Cons

Your overly worked for a position that seems like 5 in 1. You are expected to meet outrageous sales goals, which sometimes you don't even get incentives for. The managers do not care about your schedule and do not make considerations (the schedules are not consistent you rotate every week); all you know is the time frame in which you will work not the specific weekdays after 2 week intervals ( and sometimes they change your schedule last minute).

Coworkers are nice, depending on the location you work at, the customers are nice too.

Cons

Having to drive to multiple locations. Pay is not enough based on what you do.

Cons

This is not for the faint of heart. It a marathon job that is about relentless execution. If that is you it will pay off. If you are looking for the dream of overnight success, keep looking.
