Pros

Full time hours, benefits, set schedule, days off are consecutive, autonomy, professional environment, outstanding leadership, great training. I've read many reviews from employees that speak negatively about the scripts and I don't feel that way at all. They've helped me become a better salesperson. Besides, there is only one script they ask you to learn word for word. I can be somewhat creative on the rest, even rewarded when my techniques become adopted by others! I enjoy focusing on a select few items to sell, rather than previous retail jobs I've had, where I had to learn an entire store! It's been a great experience!

Cons

Most of your interactions with co-workers are over the phone, so it can get lonely, especially when customer traffic is slow.

Pros

I love the working hours and that it is a full time job. The job is very easy and rewarding! I love that your success with the company is always recognized and the company even picks an elite divisional circle of excellence winner and flys them on an all expense paid trip for the manager and a guest to California every year to attend the annual sales conference where the manager is presented their award and recognized for their achievements. This is one company that you will never have to worry about going out of business, so there is job security.

Cons

I can only think of one. They do not promote within the company to district manager or higher. The furthest you can be promoted is to a KTP which is the person that trains all new hires and assists the district manager while still having the role of a property manager.
