Cons

Many company computer systems/programs still have room to be updated.

Pros

This is an awesome company to work for! I have been here nearly 11 years and love what I do. You can create your own agenda and do not constantly have a supervisor hoovering over you. I like that my day is mine and I can chose how to complete my tasks. The company in many cases will provide on site apartments allowing you to live rent and utility free. The benefits are fantastic and upper management are wonderful! Scripts are used. They do not have to be word for word but instead take you through a detailed sales process that will HELP you be the best seller you can. Scripts are great when you are new and make sure we cover all of our customer's needs.

Cons

I do wish that KTP and PMs made more than relief. The job has more expectations and typically those managers have more to complete each day. The incentive program could be better but I am grateful that it even exsists.

Pros

I love the working hours and that it is a full time job. The job is very easy and rewarding! I love that your success with the company is always recognized and the company even picks an elite divisional circle of excellence winner and flys them on an all expense paid trip for the manager and a guest to California every year to attend the annual sales conference where the manager is presented their award and recognized for their achievements. This is one company that you will never have to worry about going out of business, so there is job security.

Cons

I can only think of one. They do not promote within the company to district manager or higher. The furthest you can be promoted is to a KTP which is the person that trains all new hires and assists the district manager while still having the role of a property manager.
