IF YOU ARE A SHAREHOLDER...SOLID STOCK PRICES.

Cons

They pride themselves on overworking and underpaying employees. Any positive reviews have to be HR plants to mislead you. Toxic CEO manages by fear and intimidation and will fire anybody who disagrees with him. Management follows his lead. The meager benefits (3 paid holidays per year) are progressively downgraded to maximize shareholder profits and on principle. Last year employees were robbed of their sick days. It doesn't matter what position you are considering...your self respect will be destroyed....DON'T DO IT!

They pay district managers very well.

Cons

The pressure never stops, it exemplifies every bad thought people have about a corporation, favoritism abounds, and you are mandated 6 days a week several months of the year for no real reason. It is storage for gosh sakes! And I worked at other storage companies. They pay their storage managers poorly and offer horrible benefits to the front line people. It is not a warm and caring environment-so if that is important to you-go somewhere else.
