      This company is in very good shape financially. They take very good care of all the employees even just the property and relief managers.

      Cons

      This company like to change its mind on how things are to be run frequently. At times it can be difficult to keep track of all the changes.

      Public storage is a Independent stress free environment. It Makes you feel like you are at home and living on property is a big help too!

      Cons

      There aren't many challenges here at public storage. if you do all your work in a timely fashion and meet your numbers! Customers will be customers where ever you are at but customer service skills is where you will win!

      Pros

      Well managed company that has consistently been successful over the years. One reason for this is that management generally treats its employees very, very well. Working here does not really, that I know of, present any annoyances that are not present within almost every organization.

      Cons

      Nothing alarming to bring up; but it would likely be beneficial to corporate employees to spend a couple of days per year (or even every other year) to learn more about, and be reminded of, how the stores operate and to establish more effective communication between the corporate office and the field.
