      This is an amazing company to work for. The training program for a District Manager is top notch. This company truly believes that it is about hiring the right people and investing the time necessary to make them the best they can be. Upper management is extremely professional and is always ready to give a helping hand when necessary. A career change to this company was well worth it. Two big thumbs up!

      One of the greatest reasons to work for Public Storage is that your hard-work is always be recognized by all. The company is driven to succeed and therefore it enables and provides all employees to strive for the best. They provide you with the needed resources, as well as a field of upper management personnel that is available to always lend out a helping hand. They provide their employees with great benefits plans and as well as opportunity for growth within the company. They teach you never settle for anything unless it is your best!

      Cons

      We all wish sometimes we had more time in the day. Time management is very important because sometimes when we plan our days out accordingly, but not always do they work in our favor. Some days you may be faced with things that come up through the day and that interfere with the tasks you have planned. Always space out your tasks accordingly and make sure to complete them right the first time.

      Joining Public Storage has been a rewarding experience for me. The “team” environment that exists at every level of the organization has made this an easy transition for me from my prior job. The initial training I received and the support of Senior Management has helped prepare me for whatever challenges may lie ahead. The freedom to try new ideas within my district as well as coach and develop my property managers into solid performers has been a very rewarding experience for me. I also see there is great potential for advancement based on me and my abilities and because of these possibilities I look forward to learning and teaching something new every day. I look forward to continuing my career with Public Storage and would recommend this Company to everyone.

      The technology used is a little behind the times and would like to see an improvement in this area.
