Pros

Umm..they gave me a job. Salary was good for a District Manager. Bonuses were nice.

Cons

Don't care about anything but the stock price. No advancement for storage managers. District Managers treat employees and customers like dirt. The DM's have no business sense. The Regional Managers rule by fear. And National Operations Manager was a real piece of work. What slimes. Don't work here.

Pros

I like my boss, and some co-workers, who are great people to work for. We all help each other out, when needed, which is great.

Cons

There are some co-workers who are just "warm bodies" and I think it's sad that they are still around, when there are hard working and honest people out there that need a job, and who would do their job.

Pros

* Hours of opperation * Ability to help customers with their problems * Enjoyable Co-workers * Bonus Program (if you undestand it and they don't change it) * Available Residence if you agree (pay is reduced to minimum wage with no chance of a raise)

Cons

* Upper management does not answer their phone or return calls in a timely manner. * Ability to resolve customer issues thru District Manager not held in a timely manner. * Fear of loosing employment and/or houseing if you stand up for yourself. * Changing of policies and proceedures with no or short notice. * Bringing up issues with upper management about your direct management will make you a target for being fired. * Complaints reguarding co-workers/management is overlooked and are "swept under the rug." * Schedules are not available until the day before the upcoming week. * District Manager does not perform duties to company expectations. * Request for PTO is not accepted or rejected in a timely manner. * No promotion potential * Required to hold meetings on personal phone on your day off with no compensation. * If a death occurs, District Manager does not want to have overtime and finds way to not pay bereavement. * The list could go on...
