Pros

Good schedule. Off at 6pm during the week and 5 on the weekend. Managers normally will work to make sure you get the requested days off.

Cons

Never enough coverage. If you are sick or have an emergency its like pulling teeth to get the time off needed because "there is nobody to cover"

Work schedule is great off by 6pm usually no manager there breathing down your back 401k is good

Cons

No support if you have an issue no feedback on good job all about the numbers and not enough focus on customer service. Raising rent on long time tenants is just wrong.

-Hours. Off by 6 at the latest -Work at own pace -Gain vacation time quickly -You can work outside -Meet some interesting people

Cons

-No room for advancement -Merchandise is somewhat over priced -Have to follow scripts that never go with what the customer wants -Pay -Hard to get a sick day. Ive tried to call off before but the DM couldn't get anyone to come in so I still had to work. - Property managers get paid the same as relief managers, yet are still held responsible for everything that goes wrong in their store.
