Pros

Rude customers, Greedy Corporation, workers are drove like a sales commision job without the commision. 15 cent raises, yes I repeat 15 cent raises. So I guess the real answer is nothing good about this job. Do not invest in camera system for workers safety.

Cons

Too many to count but I will try to be brief. If you mess up your fired. An "audit" is always coming. Property manager salary is decreased to $8 per hour if you live on site. People will bother if you decide to live on site. Regular pay is $10 per hour plus a bonus that works out to be $1 more an hour. You cannot live in California or anywhere else in America on this pay. No the work is not hard all the time, but the company cares only about stock price and not about creating a great, safe job for loyal workers. 15 cent raises after one year and each year going forward says that there will always be a revolving door for workers looking to make real money to support a family or pay basic bills. Greedy CEO and C level management. This company represents everything wrong with corporation in America today.

Pros

average pay, okay working hours

Cons

Very Cheap, Very Stingy!!! Don't expect any employee perks or anything good, no annual raises or bonuses. Work like a slave until you drop. Surrounded by a bunch of arrogant losers who think they are so great working for PS, but in reality they are just blinded by their pride.

Pros

Entry level salary and gauranteed first year bonus is a plus. Initial stock offerring and 3 year vesting is beneficial.

Cons

There is no balance between work and life. You are on call 24 hours a day and expected to look at your phone every 30 minutes to make sure you did not miss a call, text or an e-mail(even Saturday and Sunday). Management continues to add to the workload with no consideration for family or time off. Management promotes and demotes with no rhyme or reason behind their decisions. Their motto is "We Care", but unfortunately it is only about the bottom line. The new motto should be "Do Not Care" for employees or customers.
