      Pros

      Regular hours Every day brings something new. Often left alone Not very hard work. Bonus can be great if you wok at the right property.

      Cons

      Low pay. No opportunity to advance. You have to make delinquency calls. Merchandise is overpriced. Company sets rates to avoid paying bonus. Unrealistic sales demands.

      Pros

      If you enjoy working with the public this is a good place, if you enjoy giving great customer service this is a place where the customers will respond warmly to you, the hours are consistent.

      Cons

      Low pay, bad benefits, we are actively encouraged to lie to customers, no advancement beyond the store, dysfunctional corporate culture etc....
