The bogus "medical plan" for hourly workers. Upper management are provided excellent medical benifits. Can't figure out why there's a difference between "us" and "them".... No room for growth. Most managers are forced to live on-site, taking a MAJOR paycut. The company does not care for their employee's safety. Nothing gets repaired on the properties in a timely manner. Customer complaints are basically ignored until the customer gets tired of complaining and goes away. Employees are required to make afterhours bank drops off the clock. We were offered stock options in company stock, but they quickly cut that out!

Much too much work to do in the office and outside on the property. Policies are always changing and more and more work (paper work and physical work) is demanded. It's hard to get time off even when you have accrued vacation time because people are always quitting making it necessary for schedules to change. Not unusual to work 7-10 days in a row before getting a day off and the management schedules time so that time off pay is minimal despite hours put in.
