*You play many roles in that company. *Property manager is just a label because you have no say on anything in the company. *when you get interviewed they tell you all the goods and always mention the apartment, but don’t mention you have to wait for years for it. (If available) *when you do get apartment nothing gets repaired. * reduce your rate by $2.75 hr to get an apartment * no where in paystub shows how much you pay for the apartment nor that they reduced your rate for it. *you work alone most the time, and that includes office work, attending customer’s, cleaning, collection calls and so much more. *no bonuses *nothing gets repaired at the facility or they expect you to be a handy man and fix it your self. *after 9 years to a job I only got $1 raise just because you live in the apartment. *you can’t grow in the company, I was told I would have to leave my position as KTP and re apply for district manager.
