Pros
You get 39 hours a week and have job security, most of the time you are working alone or with one coworker as management does not stay in one location
Cons
You wear many hats in this job for little pay. There's no upward growth even for being property manager you still make the same starting wage. You are front desk customer service, phone collections, janitor, merchandise salesman, and social media manager. I have been threatened by customers multiple times and management doesn't really have any plans for those situations. All District Managers and above are hired from outside the company.
