      Good leadership and team culture

      Cons

      Open plan office that hasn't been renovated in a while. HR requires everyone to be in the office 5 days a week, even though all interactions are virtual. The goal of increased face-to-face time, collaboration, teamwork and relationship building is not achieved. Instead, employees who don't show up 5 days a week get fired.

      Pros

      Other than office hours and the chance to meet a lot of people, I can't think about any good thing about this job.

      Cons

      No appreciation or consideration for employee, this people won't tell you ahead but the expect you to clean 10 unit doors everyday, clean the perimeter and remove weed, swipe/mop 2 hallways, clean office, restrooms, breakroom, elevator stairs. In other words, you're the manager, janitor, maintenance, debt collector and sales person for the ridiculous pay of $13.50 / hour.
