Its a Great place to work... but with various ifs...

Its a great place to work as an starting level, great atmosphere, you can almost smell the graphic design just by seeing the people work, its a very creative place, and the networking its awesome.

Cons

The pay mostly, from my point of view, the salaries amongs the grpahic designers werent really good. Maybe in higher positions was better.

Mojo was a fun place to work and I loved my intelligent, fun co-workers. Has a lot of top clients and I always appreciated the 4pm drink cart on Fridays. Also, the office location is amazing and definitely had a cool agency vibe to it.

Cons

I worked extremely long hours and eventually decided to get out of advertising, bc of it. I was entry level, so I definitely got paid nothing to work the crazy hours with little reward.
