It can be very disorganized, but that’s a lot of agencies in my experience

Management is horrendous. The colab president Denise Henry doesn't have a clue on how to run a company correctly. Multiple layoffs in less than a year. Arbitrary people were let go, while mediocre and underperforming people were allowed to stay. Dept. VPs are very unqualified for their jobs. Aggressive cost cutting by laying off great workers, while ignoring people who do not know how to do their jobs. Finance and resourcing departments are some of the worst departments at the agency. Those 2 departments seem to be made of sadistic monsters who refuse to hire more people so that their existing workers can burn out. Then for good measure they lay off talent. Some employees are underpaid and never acknowledged for their hard work.
