There isn’t any real opportunity for promotion without years of doing your management’s job , your job , passing the test , plus the extra waiting period unless you wanna get sent 1 1/2 -2 hours away to be promoted. Unethical & Discretionary management practices Hr & corporate dont do anything they just try to gather information on the situation to see if they can get out in front of it by trying to fire you
