I moved up fast because I wanted to grind. Although it has it's cons, it is the attitude of the person to reach. It's definitely doable to move up easy if you apply yourself. This is not a labor all place. You can do it all if you show you want to. Management can be tricky but it's far better than other companies I've worked for in the past. Pay is good (before inflation)
