Looooong hours (avg 14 hrs a day) Never got to see the sun (night shift) Management didn't seem to care much Barely any accountability for mistakes Shame to see so much food wasted

Benefits including but not limited to health, vision, dental, and competitive salaries in entry level positions.

Cons

Improper top down follow through often leads to mid level management being incapable of handling large scale environments effectively, functioning as a team with basic communication, and seemingly producing rational thought; amidst a sea of underqualified, unmanaged employees whose morale has been so tediously stripped away that it has rendered the establishment no more than a stop on the FMLA train to come and go as they will please; all the while managing to transport record volumes of product to our stores each month. (I guess that would count as a pro... I don't know I just worked there.)
