Pros

Most of the store's employees were friendly. Flexible hours especially if you are in school.

Cons

- Once the bakery manager leaves after 6pm, you are on your own if you are working the closing shift. - Good luck cleaning up your area while also cleaning up after the messy bakers and cake decorators. - Physically demanding and sometimes very fast-paced due to juggling tasks. - Hard to multi-task and finish your closing duties on busy nights. - You will often be one of the last store employees to leave for the night - Even though you are going to toss out whole cakes and baked goods, you are not allowed to sample them. The company considers it to be "stealing." Good luck trying to tell clients how they taste once they ask you your opinion. Sad.
