      Good atmosphere, great people, and an excellent company to invest in.

      Pros

      It's a great company to work for and you get a lot of perks if you stick with the company long enough.

      Cons

      The customer's satisfaction is definitely priority, but sometimes employees like myself felt unappreciated despite our valiant efforts to provide excellent customer service. They're are also cutting down on the number of full-time hires so even if you are working 38 hrs they will still consider you a part-time employee thus leaving you without the benefits.

      Pros

      The company has good values, in theory. If you can get into customer service staff its a good place to be. Great compensation for managers

      Cons

      The managment claims that they care for you, but they do not. THey care only that they meet certain expectations. Are you sick and you work with food? Even though you signed a form saying you wouldn't work with food while you're sick, you're going to get written up if you don't go to work. if you work in the deli department you can look forward to ten hour shifts with only 30 minute breaks. Managment in non responsive.
