      Pros

      The company really made an emphasis on letting you know that they kind of care about you by simply giving a coupon once a month to get something specific for free.

      Cons

      The management teams that run some of these stores actually discourage the advancement of others and only give minimal effort at times.

      bonus 4 times a year. Vactation and sick time. stock pay. FREE STOCK! you can move up quickly if you stay focused. most managers ive seen or heard about are very flexible with schedules(several people i know go to school and have full time).

      not enough help in some departments in which can effect your own department.
