Pros
Do your job and go home. No work to bring home with you. Raises nearly every review period. Fun work environment when you have good co-workers. You get the opportunity to truly get to know the people around you.
Cons
Probably nearly the same for any retailer. Terrible, terrible, terrible scheduling. At least one of my days off changed nearly every week. Not enough people to do job requested properly. Co-workers that did not do their share were rarely held accountable. If the stronger workers wanted to go home on time they would have to do the work of the slackers in addition to their own.
