Hourly pay is low. No overtime hours allowed. Lack of training from department managers. Poor communication between management and associates.

My department does not have that many associates, and are too cheap to higher trained meat cutter. So we are short on help and asking my meat manager for time off is as painful as going to the dentist. But it depends who you work for. Getting full time is almost impossible. My wife has tried for two years with promises and no luck. Again, it just depends if your at the right store at the right time and who your manager is.
