Going downhill. Many changes occurring in the company with little communication to employees prior to the changes happening. There's lots of talk about our renewed focus on customer service however the missing piece is building employee confidence and morale with all of the new initiatives. Basically a lot of talk about all of the opportunities but really there is no room to grow as an employee.
