      Benefits like PTO and healthcare but many other companies offer similar perks. Nothing special.

      Cons

      Micromanagement by PM. Disorganized. No control of costs. No money for safety. No money for tools and equipment. Always cutting corners. Estimates are under bid. No career growth opportunities. Poor planning. No communication.

      Inexperienced and disorganized management. It’s a construction project yet we need to explain why tools and materials need to be purchased. Too much nepotism amongst management.
