There is a lot of change happening which can be challenging. Many goals are new which make them a bit more difficult. The company is small but is part of Idex which gives more opportunities and training.

Leadership hires their friends into management roles. Management plays favorites, they promote people who only agree with them, and shun anyone who disagrees. If you're good at your job, but aren't in the inner circle, you won't have any opportunity for advancement. For a company that says they value feedback, there wasn't even an exit interview conducted when I put in my resignation.
