Beautiful Model Centers, great sales managers (except that they earn their bonus off total profit. Your bonus takes away from the total profit, so they are motivated to keep you from getting what you've earned. Don't expect to stay in any community that you make successful!) Solid construction! Well built homes that they stand behind on quality.
Cons
I hated taking a slow moving community, making it successful, just to get moved after hitting my bonus. They also failed to pay me my bonus earned, and they raise your objectives as you reach them. They did not pay me my full commissions earned. They will cheat you out of your commission every chance they get. Avoid being a commissioned sales person for Pulte Homes. Attorney's want 15K just to take the case, so be prepared to seek injunctions to get that back. Take copies of all contracts home with you, for proof of procurement of sale, because they will cancel all contracts and have someone else rewrite all your outstanding sales to cheat you out of money they still owe you. I was their top salesperson in the entire company for 7 straight months and never received my bonus that was supposed to make up for the lower commission percentage at hire. Don't fall for the BS they feed you coming in. AVOID this company!!!! If you aren't good in sales, this is the place for you.
