Pros

There are many opportunities for suggestions and input. There are opportunities for promotion. Management does listen to you. Everyone is very nice and helpful, great culture.

Cons

They are big on continuous improvement but the process sometimes gets in the way of the solution. The opportunities are left for being selected by senior management and not open to everyone equally. The culture is not consistent through out the organization.

Pros

Relatively easygoing atmosphere, flexible schedules and casual dress. Nice people and associated perks. It is an excellent college job as you can do homework during business hours.

Cons

Rampant incompetence at high to mid levels of management. No support for process improvement, no support for morale initiatives. The worst part is the level of secrecy, very little info comes down to mid and lower level management from "mahogany row". Given the housing market and the direction the company is headed, they will not be around for much longer.
