Culture is amazing, you find they hire people who are similar to you and have the same interest as you. When the market was good, life was good.

Cons

Unless you are in sales, you had no opportunity to take part in spiffs or receive awards. Not everyone can be in sales.

Co-workers very friendly, helpful - a pleasure to work with.

Cons

Not sure management/supervisors know what they are doing. Decisions can change on a minute to minute basis - and they may not let you know - even if it affects you. No feedback from supervisors - but they will give feedback on you to your co-workers. Very sad.

Tremendous challenge and learning opportunites. Complex work environment and business. Employee-friendly culture as it relates to flexibility, minor perks (e.g. providing meals to employees regularly). A lot of talented people.

Cons

Tendency for politics to cloud leadership from maintaining customer-focus or treating employees fairly.
