co-workers generally easy to get along with Due to downsizing, no real direct oversight from 'boss.'

Cons

No job growth opportunity, apparently for no good reason I could see, from position I worked Company undergoing changes due to market conditions Community where I worked was selling but a lot of dissatisfaction due to downsizing and one person doing the job of 2 to 3 people with no increase in pay. I saw many good people leave.

Pay was competitive and the company had innovation and driving a great customer experience in its focus.

Cons

It was hard to see the downturn put an end to a lot of great projects that could have drastically reduced costs and improve quality. Ironic.
