Pros

Raleigh division is unmatched in land location and communities that drive consistent sales. Compensation is great if you hit 80%+ of your quota. Great people, long-term outlook and fantastic leadership. PTO is generous.

Cons

You work every weekend (its retail adjacent in that way) Customer facing position, you have to be comfortable talking to people, maintaining relationships and working late/longer hours. Sales only get 8 holidays off a year and you're working most bank holidays. If you don't have a way to balance your home life, this job can easily take over your time.
